-
The traction wheel groove and traction steel wire rope should be clean, free of severe grease, and have uniform tension.
-
The governor wheel groove and governor steel wire rope should be clean, free of severe grease.
-
The drive steel wire rope in the car door system should be cleaned and adjusted according to the manufacturer's requirements.
-
The wear of the traction wheel groove should not exceed the requirements of the manufacturer.
-
The wear and number of broken wires in the traction steel wire rope and compensation steel wire rope should not exceed the requirements.
-
The traction steel wire rope head assembly should have no loosening of nuts.
-
The wear and number of broken wires in the governor steel wire rope should not exceed the requirements of the manufacturer.
(I) The suspension steel wire rope and compensation steel wire rope should be scrapped if any of the following occur:
- Cage-like distortion, core extrusion, twisting, partial flattening, or bending occurs.
- Broken wires are distributed throughout the entire steel wire rope, with more than 4 broken wires in any single strand within one lay; or broken wires are concentrated in a certain part or strand of the steel wire rope, with a total number of broken wires exceeding 12 within one lay (for a 6-strand steel wire rope) or more than 16 (for an 8-strand steel wire rope).
- The diameter of the worn steel wire rope is less than 90% of the nominal diameter of the steel wire rope. For other types of suspension devices, the wear and deformation should not exceed the scrap indicators set by the manufacturer.
- The steel wire rope shows severe rust.
(II) The rope head assembly should be judged as scrap if any of the following conditions occur and are irreparable:
- Cracks appear in the cone sleeve or rod.
- Cracks or open welding occur in the wedge-type rope head.
- The self-locking wedge-type rope set cannot lock the steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope slips within the wedge sleeve.
- The threads of the rope head screw and nut are damaged, and the nut cannot be tightened.
